Atuar de maneira coerente \u00e0 perspectiva da humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o requer compreender suas complexidades. Para Vera Bonato, assistente de dire\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto do Cora\u00e7\u00e3o (InCor)<\/a>, a Arte Despertar teve um papel importante em fomentar e sistematizar o respeito \u00e0 alteridade no atendimento em sa\u00fade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dra. Vera foi importante interlocutora institucional da Arte Despertar de 2009 a 2022, per\u00edodo em que foi Coordenadora do Centro de Humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o do InCor. Aspectos como a sensibilidade para os dilemas bio\u00e9ticos<\/a> no cuidado em sa\u00fade e a abertura \u00e0 diversidade s\u00e3o alguns dos assuntos abordados em entrevista. Ilustrando as discuss\u00f5es com hist\u00f3rias vivenciadas junto a pacientes, profissionais de sa\u00fade e da Arte Despertar, Vera retoma as contribui\u00e7\u00f5es da Arte Despertar na forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais – tanto no exemplo do atendimento direto aos pacientes<\/a>, quanto em iniciativas como o Treinamento para o Desenvolvimento Humano<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com origens na filosofia grega, o conceito de alteridade refere-se \u00e0 ideia do “n\u00e3o-eu”, “daquele que n\u00e3o sou eu”. Nas discuss\u00f5es da filosofia moderna e contempor\u00e2nea, a alteridade diz da capacidade de reconhecer e respeitar a identidade (f\u00edsica, emocional, cultural) outro – a diferen\u00e7a e singularidade que cada indiv\u00edduo possui. Essa concep\u00e7\u00e3o implica em transcender perspectivas individualistas e cultivar a empatia, permitindo uma compreens\u00e3o mais profunda das experi\u00eancias, valores e pontos de vista alheios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No atendimento \u00e0 sa\u00fade, especialmente, a alteridade \u00e9 um valor fundamental, uma vez que a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de la\u00e7os depende do profissional desafiar seus pr\u00f3prios preconceitos e estere\u00f3tipos, promovendo um di\u00e1logo intercultural e compassivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
