Focado na promo\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas <a href=\"https:\/\/artedespertar.org.br\/trilhas\/trilhas\/?trilha=arte-saude-e-humanizacao\">humanizadas<\/a> a partir da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de <a href=\"https:\/\/artedespertar.org.br\/trilhas\/competencias-socioemocionais-humanizacao\/\">compet\u00eancias socioemocionais<\/a>, o Treinamento para o Desenvolvimento Humano (TDH) se organizou em diferentes formatos ao longo do tempo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em entrevista, Rosana Morales, diretora executiva da Arte Despertar de 2013 a 2023, e Marina Rosenfeld, gestora de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e gestora geral da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o entre 2016 e 2023, explicam o processo e m\u00e9todo formativo do TDH.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como apresenta Marina, o TDH se construiu a partir da a\u00e7\u00e3o dos colaboradores da Arte Despertar no atendimento direto aos pacientes e seus acompanhantes, reconhecendo que o estabelecimento de v\u00ednculos no cuidado em sa\u00fade requer que o sujeito atendente reconhe\u00e7a sua identidade, perceba o Outro sem julgamentos, tenha empatia, estabele\u00e7a uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o efetiva e solid\u00e1ria e, ent\u00e3o, consiga se relacionar na diversidade e em contextos adversos, frequentemente marcados pelo sofrimento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O conte\u00fado e a experi\u00eancia formativa foram replicados tamb\u00e9m no espa\u00e7o digital, com a iniciativa <a href=\"https:\/\/artedespertar.org.br\/trilhas\/a-estrategia-formativa-do-sou-saude\/\">Sou Sa\u00fade<\/a><strong> <\/strong>em parceria com a Tamboro &#8211; Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas, no curso <a href=\"https:\/\/abrale.eadbox.com\/courses\/cuidando-do-cuidador-combo-onco-ensino\">Cuidar de Quem Cuida<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/abrale.eadbox.com\/courses\/humanizacao-na-saude-combo-onco-ensino\">Humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o na Sa\u00fade<\/a>, em parceria com a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abrale.org.br\/\">Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Linfoma e Leucemia (ABRALE)<\/a>. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saiba +<\/strong><br><a
